1. Services Provided
Wake Forest Duct Cleaning LLC offers residential and commercial HVAC services, including but not limited to maintenance, repair, and system diagnostics for heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
2. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates are based on the initial assessment and may be subject to change depending on job conditions, scope, and availability of parts or labor. Online prices or advertised specials do not constitute binding quotes.
3. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments are booked based on availability and service demand. We strive to honor scheduled times, but weather, traffic, or emergency calls may impact arrival times. We will notify you as soon as possible if delays occur.
4. Emergency Services
Emergency services are available after hours and on weekends/holidays for qualifying issues such as no heat in winter or no AC in extreme summer temperatures. Additional fees apply for emergency visits and will be communicated prior to dispatch.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to HVAC equipment and work areas. Please secure pets and remove any valuables or obstructions prior to the technician’s arrival. Additional fees may apply for inaccessible systems.
6. Payments and Invoicing
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept card, cash, check, venmo, cash app, zelle, etc . Any unpaid balances beyond 7 days may be subject to late fees and collection actions.
7. Warranty and Liability
We are not liable for damages due to customer neglect, pre-existing conditions, or unauthorized modifications.
8. Maintenance Membership Plans
Wake Forest Duct Cleaning offers optional maintenance plans that include seasonal inspections, priority scheduling, and discounts on repairs. Terms and benefits vary by plan and are subject to change. Memberships auto-renew annually unless canceled.
9. Disclaimer for Older Systems
Older HVAC systems (10+ years) may present unforeseen issues during service. We cannot guarantee the longevity of components not replaced and are not responsible for system failures due to age or wear unrelated to our work.
10. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We request 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or missed appointments may incur a service fee. Rescheduling is based on availability.

All content on this site is provided for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify service offerings, pricing, and content at any time without prior notice.
